Our family business in much like the mangrove islands you paddle thru. Owner of Native Rentals, Shawn and family has deep watery roots locally dating back to the pre-combustion engine days so it is fitting that the rebirth of paddle sports has been my passion for over 20 years now, selling the top brands, fine tuning my ECO Tours on a daily basis and still learning as we go. Your consistent good time is our labor of LOVE.
We run our tours daily from sunrise to sunset 7 days a week. You pick your start time, am or pm. Estuaries are a kaleidascope of species and make up no less than 80% of all sea life. Its amazing! I can put you right there. Our ECO tours are easy to maneuver for any beginner paddler or expert on the water. We offer different routes for our local area that will give you a beautiful view of the surrouning areas: Robinson Preserve, Anna Maria Sound, Tampa Bay, Perico Bayou, Flamingo Cay, Neal Preserve, Gilligan's Island,Manatee River and more. You will see dolphins, manatee, fish, and many different species of birds that are indiginous to this area. All of these locations are only a mile from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. Q: What ages can go kayaking?
A: We have specialized gear and guidance for anyone 2-82 can do this fun water sport. In the front of a tandem its very stable for any paddler, the water in our locations is usually shallow and clear, full of wild life. In these habitats there are birds, fish, shells and crustacea and %80 of all sea species have their babies here due to the tranquility of the location. You also have the oportunity to see baby dolphins and manatees in this area. There are many routes to choose from: map, dry bag, plush seat back, light weight paddles , light weight paddling vests, and bottled water provided by your guide trail side.
Tickets are non refundable. Rain checks will be good for thirty days after rain out date and are fully transferable.
